Whether you’re celebrating an event or simply looking for a fun night out, join us in our charcuterie workshops.  Here you will learn how to create a beautiful charcuterie board to take home or gift!

What you need to know:

Signing Up!

• Using the form below: Pick a date, choose your party size and location.  A minimum of 10 people is required.

Once we've got the logistics set up, we'll send you a link to share with your guests to register & commit to the class.

• We will show up about an 1.5-2 hours before class & bring everything with us to take care of the entire party. Guests will go home with their charcuterie board, boxed and ready for travel!

What’s Included?

• We will arrive to your event with all food ingredients in hand, as well as trays, cutting boards, and cheese knives.  1 hour step by step workshop on how to create your own 10” board with arranging, styling, and pairing tips taught by Laura Norton of Fig and Ivy Charcuterie.

• Information will be sent home with class tips/shopping list along with a postcard for 10% off future Fig & Ivy online purchases.

    Celebrate love with those closest to you as we craft a Valentine’s Day-inspired charcuterie board. In this class, Laura, from Fig and Ivy Charcuterie, will provide step-by-step guidance in the arrangement of fine cheeses, meats, and additional accompaniments. Have fun with family and friends during class at the Iron Exchange in Maple Plain. Due to table space, food is available for purchase before or after class. However, beverages are available any time. A link to pay the ingredient fee of $40 will be sent one week prior to class. Bring home a new experience, a helpful grocery list for future board, plus an artfully arranged 10” heart-shaped charcuterie board (serves 5-6 people) to enjoy right away!
